If function issues arise, they are proactive in sourcing the problem and providing a solution (this happened once because they were not advised of software changes, and we were not charged for the numerous hours they spent troubleshooting). When we began working with SolutionMakers, we found that they understood our needs much better than we did. Some projects gave us benefits we hadn’t expected, at the same price. We have taxed them with some very complex projects, and always with excellent results.

Do they complete projects during the specified time frame and budget? Because they understand their product so fully, and investigate the need so thoroughly, they have always been on target with schedules and budgets.
